Eligibility Requirements

The following criteria must be met for a child to be considered for a Make-A-Wish gift:

• The child is between 2½ and 18 years old
• The child is diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition, as determined by the physician and based on the standards set forth by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America
• The child has not received another wish from Make-A-Wish or any other wish-granting organization

The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes to qualified children regardless of race, ethnic background, religion or financial status.
